  • Developments of the Southern Africa Electricity Sector: Study and analysis undertaken for an international bank on developments of the power sector in Southern Africa, including demand forecasts, pricing and legal and regulatory aspects.

  • Tariff definition for very large industrial customers in Mozambique, including a comprehensive least cost power supply study.

  • Development and proposal of a suitable Electricity Market Structure for Mozambique.

  • Advice and assistance to an international investor related to the development of a Coal Power Station for a large private electricity user in South Africa.

  • Advice and assistance to an international investor related to the development of a Coal Power Station for a large private electricity user in South Africa.

  • Preparation of the Strategy for the Restructuring of the entire Electricity Supply Industry's business model, in Angola.

  • Advice to an IPP on electricity supply pricing issues and tariff structure, in Angola.

  • Advice to the Angolan Electricity Regulator on pricing issues and tariff structure for private developments in Angola.

  • Analysis of the electricity market of Namibia from an investor's point of view: Analysis and projection of the energy balance of Namibia as well as its current institutional and regulatory framework, including possible institutional options for the development of a hydroelectric plant on the Kunene River.

  • Assistance in obtaining a concession for the development of a Coal-Fired Power Plant in Mozambique, including the preparation of the Concession Contract.

  • Preparation of the Strategic Business Plan 2010-13 for the Luanda Electricity Distribution Company - EDEL.

  • Assistance to the Regional Electricity Regulators Association (RERA) in investigating and mapping regulatory practices in the southern Africa countries and how they impact on the private sector participation.

  • Advisory support to the Government of Angola related to the reform and restructuring process of the power sector.

  • Advice to the Government of Mozambique on the establishment of a Framework Agreement for the development of an IPP (the Moatize Coal Fired Power Station);
